Jane Ndirangu, BSc, MSc (Eng) is a civil engineer with over twenty years of experience in management, design, supervision and evaluation of road construction and maintenance projects, acquired while working both for government and consulting firms in Kenya. She has also worked in Southern Sudan as a deputy resident engineer on the major Kaya – Rumbek road. She has extensive experience in project planning and management gathered over years in the field as a senior engineer and from her current position as the project manager of ‘Roads 2000 Nyanza programme, Kenya’. Besides engineering experience, she has vast knowledge and experience in integrated environmental management. She also has a wide experience in rights-based approach to
